DELIVERY AREAS

Grazing Box Co delivers to Central Gold Coast and Northern NSW. 

Delivery fees vary depending on distance. We deliver within a 10km radius for FREE with a minimum order of $95.00. All further distances are calculated at the checkout when entering your address. 

DELIVERY TIMES

We offer next day delivery for ONLINE ORDERS placed by 2pm, for delivery between 7am-9am for breakfast/fruit platters , or 3pm-5pm grazing boxes/fruit platters. We cannot guarantee exact time of delivery during these hours as we cover a vast area, however if a specific time is requested we will do our best to accomodate or contact you prior with an alternate option. If ordering in advance you do have the availability to select your date, if this date is unavailable please email so we can possibly assist you. CATERING ORDERS are by availability and will be confirmed via email only, filling out our contact us form DOES NOT confirm your order.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Grazing Box Co DO NOT give authority to leave deliveries unattended as orders contain perishable goods. PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS THERE TO COLLECT DELIVERY. If this is a gift, please ensure recipients contact number is included in shipping details. Unfortunately we cannot offer redelivery for perishable goods, and you will not receive a refund if we aren't able to complete delivery.

Our team or delivery drivers may contact you because they are trying to make delivery and no one is there to receive the delivery. If we are given authority to leave, please note we no longer have any responsibility over goods delivered, and whilst we will endeavour to leave this in a safe place, the delivery may be susceptible to wildlife, or perish in warm weather if out for too long. A photo confirmation of delivery will be sent once delivered.  

Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be given authority to leave.

ALCOHOL DELIVERY

Any alcohol featured in our boxes is designed to be provided as a genuine gift to a person and does not exceed two litres. The gift is packaged and presented in such a manner that it is taken to be a gift. The gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser. For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive the delivery. Deliveries cannot be given authority to leave if they contain alcohol.
